Welcome Pastor Principe
Pastor Principe graduated from Ambassador Baptist College in 2010 with a degree in Bible and Evangelism. He worked as a youth worker with two churches before moving to teach on Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands. There both he and his wife Crystal spent two years teaching students from many different ethnic groups. In August of 2014, they welcomed their first child, Mercy.
Pastor Principe is looking forward to ministering to the families of Heritage Baptist Church and Christian School. We are truly delighted to have the Principes here with us.
A New Year Resolution
With the beginning of the new year, why not make a New Year's Resolution to attend church? We have Bible studies for all ages beginning at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. Come in and join with a group of believers intent on learning God's Word and how it can transform our daily lives. There is no better way to start your new year.
On Saturday, November 8, a group of young men helped to spread the new rubber mulch in our playground. A special thanks to all those who contributed toward this project and Mr. Lyle Synder for his landscaping work.
Friday evening's fundraiser banquet was a huge success. The students served our guests a delicious meal and entertained us with wonderful music and speeches. We want to extend our sincerest thanks to all those who supported our fundraising efforts. The banquet raised $20,760 towards our financial projects. The outpouring of support has been a great encouragement to our staff. Over the next weeks we will be acquiring our new equipment - we hope to be able to obtain all of our goals. Here is a sampling of some pictures from the banquet.
